On October 17-18, the "Typical Cases of Smart Supervision" and "Typical Cases of Intelligent Linkage and Joint Governance" for 2024 were released during the "2024 Pharmaceutical Industry Digital Intelligence Development Conference" hosted by the Information Center of the National Medical Products Administration. PROYA was selected as one of the "Typical Cases of Intelligent Linkage and Joint Governance" with its "PROYA Cosmetics 5G Smart Factory Project," becoming the only national cosmetics brand to be included. This accolade sets a benchmark for the digital and intelligent development of the cosmetics industry.
Throughout the project implementation, PROYA drew on the advanced production management standards of the pharmaceutical industry and integrated cutting-edge developments and specific applications in digital technology, providing valuable references for achieving intelligent manufacturing in the same and similar industries.
The PROYA 5G Smart Factory, located in Huzhou, Zhejiang, spans a total area of 145,000 square meters and includes two major areas: the PROYA Huzhou Production Base and the PROYA Intelligent Logistics Center. As the forefront of PROYA's digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing, the 5G Smart Factory aims to establish industry standards for intelligent manufacturing in the cosmetics sector. It seeks to create a model project for digital factories, and develop a standardized management model for the company. By collaborating with downstream partners, PROYA aims to jointly advance digital transformation and promote the overall improvement of China's cosmetics industry chain.
At the PROYA Huzhou Production Base, PROYA adheres to the design philosophy of intelligence, transparency, and sustainability. The facility is strictly designed and constructed according to GMP standards, ensuring that all clean areas meet the environmental control standards for cosmetic clean zones. In its continuous development, PROYA has introduced cutting-edge global technology and equipment. With highly efficient and intelligent automated equipment, it provides sufficient production capacity for sustainable development. The company seamlessly integrates stringent production standards, advanced production equipment, and precise manufacturing processes to ensure the smooth production of high-quality products and the ability to quickly respond to the ever-changing market demands.
The Intelligent Logistics Center is a crucial component of PROYA's digital and intelligent supply chain development. Covering approximately 60 mu, it is the largest section in terms of land area within the 5G Smart Factory. It comprises three automated storage and sorting facilities, each 24 meters tall, designed with a total of 42,000 storage positions capable of holding over 1.5 million boxes of goods. Currently, the PROYA warehouse and logistics center has achieved over 95% unmanned operations for in-warehouse tasks, making "lights-out logistics" a reality. This fully digitalized workflow significantly reduces reliance on manpower while enhancing the precision of the production process, lowering energy consumption, and achieving green, low-carbon production.
