Huzhou Branch of PROYA Cosmetics Co., Ltd. has been recently honored by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology with the prestigious titles of "Zhejiang Province Intelligent Factory 2023" and "Zhejiang Province Green and Low-Carbon Factory 2023". Additionally, PROYA Cosmetics Co., Ltd. has been selected as one of the "2023 Green Supply Chain Management Enterprises" by the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
Leveraging 5G technology, the PROYA Huzhou Branch has established a 5G intelligent logistics center, enabling unmanned logistics operations including warehousing, allocation, and distribution. By achieving seamless data interoperability and interconnectivity across systems, the center realized complete digital management of the supply chain, from product development to delivery and ensured transparency in material procurement, production processes, product inspection, equipment operation, and logistics delivery. Meanwhile, the intelligent factory is powered by three core intelligent engines: the intelligent procurement platform, the intelligent production scheduling system, and the intelligent logistics operation module. These interconnected systems significantly boost data transfer efficiency and foster enhanced business synergy, continuously facilitating brand promotions and campaigns.
Since the establishment of the PROYA 5G intelligent factory, overall efficiency has significantly improved.
