PROYA Initiates Digital Transformation

Recently, PROYA has started its digital transformation. Strategy&, a strategic consulting arm of PwC, has been appointed as a partner to facilitate PROYA's transition into the digital era. This move also injects impetus into PROYA's active pursuit of sustainable development.


During the launch event, Hou Juncheng, Chairman of PROYA, outlined the direction of the company's digital development. He emphasized that digitalization can significantly empower business operations, ease employee burdens and enhance operational efficiency, making marketing smarter, customer service more personalized, and management decisions more targeted.

Fang Yuyou, CEO of PROYA, highlighted that digitalization will reduce dependence on human resources and streamline execution processes. Throughout the project implementation, project leaders must accurately identify needs, promptly engage with the demanding side, and efficiently solve problems to yield tangible results and contribute to the overall digitalization of the company, encompassing the digitalization of products, marketing, and operations.

To promote digitalization, the company should humbly learn from the best industrial practices, and address all aspects including operational processes, system tools, data management, development of digital talent, and organizational mechanisms. The focus should be on scenarios that yield rapid results and feature feasible technological solutions to propel PROYA towards new milestones. Jiang Yiming, partner at PwC Strategy&, shared his insights around three key issues: the value of digitalization, the form of success, and the path of implementation. This has offered a clear framework and direction for PROYA's digital transformation journey.

Currently, PROYA's digital consulting is in the research phase, where PwC Strategy& will conduct a comprehensive review of PROYA's marketing business. This will assist PROYA in establishing a series of foundational digital infrastructure to empower business operations in specific scenarios, ultimately leading to synchronous enhancement of both the business process and outcomes.


It is reported that corporate digital transformation can facilitate better fulfillment of ESG responsibilities by driving improvements in green innovation, external public attention, and corporate information transparency, thereby enhancing ESG performance.


Looking ahead, PROYA will leverage digital transformation as a driving force to deepen its ESG practices and propel sustainable development for both the company and the industry at large.
