At the opening ceremony, PROYA Chairman Hou Juncheng emphasized the importance of integrity and compliance, outlining the direction for future efforts in these areas. Hu Jie, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of Hangzhou Xihu District Committee and Party Secretary of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, along with Jiang Xiaosheng, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Xihu District Market Supervision Bureau (District Intellectual Property Bureau), delivered speeches. They discussed the importance of building integrity and compliance in enterprises and collectively promoted the construction of clean private enterprises.
PROYA's newly promoted management cadres signed the "Integrity and Self-Discipline Convention" on-site, setting an example for their teams. During the event, PROYA specially invited the Xihu District Market Supervision Bureau and external lawyers to conduct training for internal teams. The Legal Affairs Department, Internal Audit Department, and Human Resources Department of PROYA conducted multiple seminars within the company. Additionally, the company has established "Integrity and Compliance" knowledge corridors in the headquarters building, Huzhou factory, and Longwu R&D center to promote the latest policies and knowledge on integrity and compliance, further embedding a culture of integrity and compliance.
PROYA's compliance operations extend beyond the internal confines of the company, reaching into the procurement and collaboration processes of business operations. The company has devised a holistic auditing plan that covers all aspects of its front-, middle-, and back-end operations. This plan includes critical business areas such as procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, media purchasing, and inventory management. In accordance with the plan, audits on anti-corruption and business ethics are systematically conducted.
