On the morning of May 22, the opening ceremony for the 28th China Beauty Expo officially commenced. Representatives and guests from the global beauty and cosmetics industry, leaders from national, provincial, and autonomous region regulatory departments, presidents of associations and chambers of commerce from all provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country, presidents of the provincial, city, and autonomous region branches of the CBE Business Alliance, partners, and authoritative mainstream media attended the opening ceremony. PROYA Chairman Hou Juncheng was invited to attend.
Over the past decade, Hou Juncheng, the Chief Consultant of China Beautéville and Chairman of PROYA, has actively promoted exchange and cooperation between Chinese cosmetic companies and those in European countries such as France, Italy, and Spain. At the opening ceremony, Sang Jingmin, Founder & Chairman of China Beauty Expo, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee & President of Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industries Association, presented the "Global Beauty Industry Exchange Contribution Award" to Hou Juncheng.
The 2024 Meiyi BEAUTY Annual Awards were also announced at this conference. "Meiyi BEAUTY" is an annual super IP of the beauty industry created by China Beauty Expo. Leveraging global innovative resources and the authoritative influence of the entire industry chain of China Beauty Expo, the award includes two major thematic awards: the Meiyi BEAUTY Annual Product List and the Annual Entrepreneur Marketing List, making it one of the most prestigious product awards in the Chinese cosmetics industry.
PROYA Elastic Brightening Youth Essence won the 2024 Meiyi BEAUTY China Good Product Skincare Award, TIMAGE Light and Shadow Blending Palette received the 2024 Meiyi BEAUTY TOP Foundation Award in Makeup Category, and OR Hot Spring Clean Refreshing Shampoo was awarded the 2024 Meiyi BEAUTY TOP Haircare Award.
