On May 21, Proya Cosmetics and AI Force, a digital technology unit under Ant Group, held a strategic signing ceremony at Ant Group Headquarters, A Space. This marks AI Force's first-ever strategic partnership with a domestic Chinese beauty brand. Looking ahead, AI Force will support Proya Cosmetics across multiple dimensions, including AI-powered cloud customer service, intelligent inspection systems, and full-chain user experience optimization. In addition, AI technologies will be leveraged to enhance Proya Cosmetics's digital operations and drive improvements in energy efficiency, emission reduction, and environmental sustainability. The signing ceremony was attended by Hou Yameng, General Manager of Proya Cosmetics, Zhou Yun, Vice President of Ant Group and Chairman/CEO of AI Force, and other senior executives.

During peak traffic periods such as major e-commerce promotions, the system will automatically allocate resources and maintain high availability and flexibility—ensuring stable service quality while achieving a win-win outcome in both cost control and service efficiency. Proya Cosmetics will also leverage AI-powered one-stop experience tools to gain deep insights into users' diverse needs for products and services, enhancing the overall customer satisfaction.
