Recently, Proya Cosmetics held a new product appraisal meeting and expert exchange symposium at Hangzhou Longwu R&D Center. After evaluation by the appraisal committee, four scientific and technological achievements of Proya Cosmetics passed authoritative certification: three reached the "internationally leading" level, and one received the "internationally advanced" level. At the meeting, there was also a ceremony to award Proya Cosmetics as an International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC) Gold Level Benefactor, marking that the Company's scientific research strength has received close attention and high recognition from the world's top academic organizations.
This new product appraisal meeting invited seven domestic and foreign authoritative experts, including Professor Vania Leite, the 2024-2025 IFSCC President from the University of São Paulo, Professor Ai Lianzhong from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Professor Lu Baiyi from Zhejiang University, and Professor Kai Guoyin from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, to form the appraisal committee. The expert panel listened to project development work summaries, reviewed project feasibility reports, scientific novelty checks, product testing, and user usage reports, completing strict evaluations of technical achievements.
Three achievements of Proya Cosmetics focusing on anti-aging and active ingredient enhancement, namely "PROYA Advanced Original Repair Series Containing Sterol-like Components", "PROYA Ruby Wrinkless and Firming Series Containing Phytosterols and Squalane", and "PROYA Deep Ocean Energy Anti-Wrinkle Series Containing Flavonoids and Sterol-like Components", were recognized as being at the "internationally leading level", while "Research on Antioxidant Mechanisms Against Glycation and Verification of Whitening and Anti-Aging Effects" was recognized as being at the "internationally advanced level".
At this meeting, Proya Cosmetics officially received the title of IFSCC Gold Level Benefactor, becoming one of the few companies in China to receive this honor. As the authoritative organization in the global field of cosmetic science, IFSCC aims to encourage outstanding scientific research contributions in cosmetics and related fields, often referred to as the "Nobel Prize of the cosmetics technology field". Being invited to become a Gold Level Benefactor means that Proya Cosmetics will deeply participate in international standard setting, technological innovation, and talent cultivation, further deepening exchanges and cooperation with the global cosmetics science field, promoting the innovative development of the global cosmetics industry.
