As the International Women's Day approaches, we pay tribute to all the remarkable women! They are mothers, daughters, wives, elites, and catalysts for social progress. Not only do we celebrate their beauty and intelligence, but it is equally crucial to acknowledge their challenges and needs.
On March 6, at the celebration of the 114th International Women's Day in Xihu District, PROYA Foundation joined hands with the Charity Federation of Xihu District and Women's Federation of Xihu District to jointly initiated the "Power of Beauty" for Women's Care Action under the support from Charity Trust of Hangzhou Industrial & Commercial Trust Co., Ltd. This marked the first charity trust project by PROYA Foundation.
The "Power of Beauty" for Women's Care Action aimed to focus on supporting disadvantaged women in society, providing them with comprehensive and in-depth assistance. Those women grapple with pressures and challenges from family, workplace, and mental health. They are yearning to be understood, cared for, and given opportunities to showcase their value and talent.
Through the West Lake Ladies' Love Aid Group, PROYA would provide them with holistic and sustained support, as well as professional and continuous companionship, including vocational training, mental health counseling, family relationship mediation, among a variety of services. We try to empower them to courageously face various challenges in work and life, build inner strength to pursue a better life, realize self-worth, achieve personal growth, and bloom with the radiance of life.
The initiation of the "Power of Beauty" Charity Trust Project for Women's Care represents another significant step for PROYA Foundation in female care.
We will continue to collaborate with partners to construct a robust network of companionship for struggling women, ensuring they never walk alone on their life journeys. Moreover, we call upon more people to join us in caring for women, extending genuine love and action to bring warmth and hope into their lives.
