On June 25, 2025, the fifth meeting of the first council of the Proya Foundation was successfully convened. Attendees included Chairwoman Fang Aiqin, Vice Chairman Jin Yanhua, Secretary-General Fang Qinwei, Supervisor Feng Yuanyuan, and Council Members Lv Qing, Sheng Yingguang, Wang Yan, and Yu Xiaoling, along with members of the Secretariat. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Fang Qinwei.
The council reviewed a report on the Foundation's work in the first half of 2025. In the area of education support, the Proya Foundation implemented the "Love in the Frontier" project at Funing No.4 Primary School in Yunnan, donating 650 sets of sun protection supplies for teachers; completed upgrades to the library and security system at the Proya Hope Primary School; and distributed scholarships and financial aid to underprivileged students at Jingning Chengbei Middle School. In women's care, the "Love for Moms" mental health project was launched in Hangzhou and Lishui, while the "Power of Beauty" initiative delivered over 60 activities reaching 4,226 individuals. During Mother's Day, the Proya Foundation provided 5,500 health kits to female outdoor workers. The Foundation's public communication efforts delivered strong results, with online exposure exceeding 10 million views and the establishment of a full-spectrum media matrix.
The council reviewed and approved two key documents: the Expense Reimbursement and Management Policy and the Project Financial Management Guidelines. Additionally, three professionals, including Xia Kecai, were appointed as consultants to the Proya Foundation. Council members held in-depth discussions on brand collaboration and funding strategies, offering several constructive suggestions. Chairwoman Fang Aiqin emphasized that the Proya Foundation should remain true to its philanthropic mission, fully leverage the company's resources, and develop study tour programs and other initiatives to build a more professional and influential public welfare platform.
The meeting provided a comprehensive summary of first-half achievements and outlined key priorities for the second half of the year, including expanding outreach for the "Love for Moms" project, optimizing the online approval process, and strengthening Party organization development. Moving forward, the Proya Foundation will continue to uphold professional depth and innovation, staying committed to progress on its path of public good.
