The PROYA Foundation held the third meeting of its first board of directors

On May 20, 2024, the third meeting of the first board of directors of the PROYA Foundation was successfully convened.

At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Fang Aiqin extended heartfelt appreciation to all present directors and supervisors. She also presented an appointment certificate to the newly appointed director, Yu Xiaoling, who was warmly welcomed by the attendees.

The agenda included a review and deliberation of the "2023 Annual Work Report and Financial Report of the PROYA Foundation" as well as the "2024 Annual Work Plan and Financial Budget Report of the PROYA Foundation”. At the meeting, board members actively discussed and exchanged views on the accomplishments of 2023, the work plan, and financial budget for 2024, providing valuable insights for future endeavors.

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Fang Aiqin summarized the deliberations, expressed gratitude for their contributions to the foundation, and mentioned: "Currently, our foundation faces the issue of insufficient outreach. The public is not well-informed about our projects, which is an area that needs improvement. Looking ahead, we aim to launch impactful public welfare projects that resonate strongly with our brand while proactively leveraging diverse resources for mutual benefit. I am confident that through collective efforts, the PROYA Foundation will continue to advance towards greater achievements.”
