With the rapid growth of new economic formats such as e-commerce platforms, express and logistics enterprises, a new group of special workers represented by delivery couriers, ride-hailing drivers, and e-commerce live-streamers have gradually become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. During the Lantern Festival, PROYA Foundation collaborated with the Federation of Trade Unions of Xihu District, Hangzhou, the Party Building Office of Xixi Street and several philanthropic companies to organize the activity of “Care on Lantern Festival”.
